Return and Refund Policy

1. WITHDRAWAL TIME

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends fourteen days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have physically taken possession of the good or the last good, in the case of a contract on several goods that the consumer has ordered with a single order and which are delivered separately. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. RETURN PROCEDURE

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Laboutiquemarie.fr® of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (for example by e-mail) to the following address "hello@laboutiquemarie. Fr". You can use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

You will have to pay the shipping costs for the return of your item yourself. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If you get a refund, the return postage will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take some time before you receive your exchanged item.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.

3. RETURN POLICY

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period. The right of withdrawal only applies to some of our products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable items such as groceries, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. Products intended for the intimate or sanitary sector, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids will also not be taken back.

4. WITHDRAWAL FORM

If you wish to return an item and it meets the conditions, please contact us via e-mail at the following address: hello@laboutiquemarie.fr with proof that you have actually purchased the product from us. Thank you so much.

5. RETURN OF PRODUCTS

To process a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase. After contacting us by e-mail, you will receive a return address to which you can return your products. Return costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund will be granted: (if applicable).

* Books with obvious signs of wear.

* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, tapes or vinyl records that have been opened.

*Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.

* Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

6. REFUND

If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than delivery cheapest standard offered by us have), immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.

Refunds (if applicable):

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sold out items cannot be refunded.

Exchange (if applicable)

We will only exchange an item if it is faulty or damaged. In this case, if you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at hello@laboutiquemarie.fr

gifts

If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the recipient chose to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send them a refund and they will know that you have returned the item.
